The Athletic Department is excited to offer a Free Athletic Physical Day for students currently in 6th–11th grade!
This is a great opportunity to make sure your child is ready for the upcoming school year. Even if your student is unsure about participating in athletics next year, it is strongly recommended to complete the physical now so it is on file in case they decide to join a team at the last minute.
Important Details:
Open to students currently in grades 6–11
Physicals are valid for one full year from the date given (May 8)
Students must use their school email (mpasd.net) to register
The required physical form can be found on the Athletic Website or picked up in your student’s appropriate building main office from the secretary. Please make sure the form is dated May 8, 2026, and signed by both the parent/guardian and the student before turning it into the office.
Spots may fill quickly, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible.
